Kriston for Expectant Mothers
About

The purpose of the training is to make it easier for the baby to arrive, and for the mom-to-be to help their way.

This requires a control of the pelvic floor muscles that the completion of the Kriston Intimate Training provides, where participants learn to prepare the muscles and experience emotional processes, where a significant portion of the emotions that inhibit the birth canal can be released.

In Kriston for Expectant Mothers, we tailor the exercises to be used during pregnancy, childbirth, and the period that follows.

The goal is to prevent and eliminate intimate symptoms such as hemorrhoids, incontinence, or pelvic organ prolapse.

You can prevent symptoms without which you can experience better intimate health in the future.

The ‘perineum-protecting labor technique’ gives you a chance to avoid episiotomy, which makes use of the natural physical capability of your muscles to close, support, and relax consciously as soon as possible after giving birth.

You will learn a postpartum recovery program that will help your body become the way it used to be again.

All of this increases sexual confidence, the ability to find joy in the postpartum period.

The training prepares you to give birth in ecstasy when the body’s ability to relax is supported by the power of nature.

At Kriston for Expectant Mothers, every process is observed from the baby's point of view as well.

This newly-gained knowledge, conscious parental behavior, may make it easier for the baby to be born.

The painkiller effect of childbirth in ecstasy is exploited.

This can have a serious effect later on breastfeeding, libido, and consequently on the marriage, the relationship with our child and ourselves. Thus, the conscious childbirth process has a positive impact on the family's quality of life.

The theoretical knowledge of the training is aimed at reducing fears, so pregnancy can become a state of love, and childbirth can be the greatest experience of your life.

Lurking fears may even inhibit the flexibility of the birth canal muscles.

With the help of the Kriston Method, mothers’ fears may be significantly reduced, and abilities increasing confidence at birth may be mobilized.

It is recommended to do the training as early as possible, but it is also useful to learn towards the very end of pregnancy.

In the last part of the training, the aim is on helping the partners prepare, which is always a great success.

If the partner is not available, the training will still give the other parent a full experience.
