Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom Ildikót és a Kriston programot. Úgy elrepült az idő, hogy észre sem vettük. Sok információt adott át igazán kellemes stílusban. Látszik, hogy szereti ezt a tevékenységet, szívügyének tekinti mindenki sikerét. Ugyanakkor messze menőkig tapintatos. Imádtam a sok humort, történetet, amivel színesítette a két napot. Rengeteget gyakoroltunk, és minden részletre maximálisan figyelt. Az egyik legkellemesebb tanfolyam-oktatás volt, amin eddig részt vettem. Megnyugtató, hogy a továbbiakban is fordulhatunk hozzá bármilyen kérdésünkkel.

Ildikó felkészülten minden tudását átadva segített minket ebben a két napban, ami rendkívül gyorsan eltelt. A kezdeti izgulasunkat hamar feloldotta kedvességével és humorával. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek remek tanfolyam. A jelentkezés kissé döcögős segítség kellett hozzá, Ildikó ebben is remek partner volt.

Jól éreztem magamat és hasznosnak találtam a két napot. Ildikó több területen is "új ajtókat nyitott ki" a sokrétű tudásanyag átadásával. S teszi mindezt szemléletesen, de közben szórakoztatóan és nagyon jó hangulatban Izgultam kicsit, hogy csoportos óra keretében milyen lesz elsajátítani a tréninget, de nagyon jó helyre kerültem, ez már az első nap bebizonyosodott. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, aki szeretne elindulni egy testi-lelki változás útján. Köszönöm Ildikó! 🙂
