Melindában egy nagyon felkészült, motivált, empatikus, kedves trénert ismertem meg. Tetszett a tanfolyam, mert jól felépített volt. Rendkívül hasznos volt az anatómiai hátteret megismerni a tornagyakorlatok elsajátítása előtt, továbbá jók voltak a felhozott történetek, elgondolkodtatóak és motiválóak voltak is egyben. Érdekes volt olyan információkat, tanácsokat hallgatni, amelyek ellentétesek a szakorvosok véleményével, különösen, hogy a saját tapasztalataim sem egyeznek az orvosok véleményével (pl. tréningezzük visszatartani az ürítést). A tanfolyamon elhangzottak megerősítettek, hogy ne bizanytalanodjak el, bízzak a saját megélésemben. A tornagyakorlatok begyakorlására elegendő idő volt. Nagyon tetszett a Melinda közvetlen stílusa, bármit lehetett tőle kérdezni és kielégítő választ adott. Nagyon felkészült oktató.

Nem gondoltam volna, hogy ennyire mély érzelmi utazáson is részt fogok venni.Nagyon sok felismerést köszönhetek ennek a tanfolyamnak. Melinda pedig annyira természetesen, könnyedén adta át az információkat, annyira viccesen segítette oldódni az embereket a valaki számára biztosan kényes témákban, hogy azt gondolom, mindenkinek sikerült megnyílnia magában, és mindenkinek sikerült elsajátítani a gyakorlati részeket. Nagyon köszönöm, és bízom benne a Gésák tanfolyamon újra találkozunk!
