Nagyon alapos, jó hangulatú volt a kèpzés. Sok-sok hasznos életviteli tanáccsal. Biológiai és anatómiai ismertetéssel. Hanganyaggal, nyomtatott papírral el lettünk làtva🙂 Nagyon részletesen, türelmesen lettek a gyakorlatok megtanítva. Szívből ajánlom minden korosztálynak, férfiaknak és nőknek egyaránt Kittát!

Kriszta zseniális előadó, a tanfolyam végig érdekes, és laza hangulatú volt. Az elején azt gondoltam, hogy ez nekem nem fog menni, de ő ki tudta hozni belőlem a legtöbbet, Tabukat döntögettünk és ma már tudok " masnit" kötni :-) és egészen másként érzem magam, mint azelőtt. Nőnek érzem magam újra, és ezt neki és a módszernek köszönhetem.

A tanfolyam mindkét napja jó hangulatban telt, a tréner stílusa és kommunikációja nagy mértékben megkönnyítette a nehéznek vélt gyakorlatokat is. Örülök, hogy eljöttem és a tréner jelentősen motivált minket a folyamatos gyakorlásra. Köszönöm, mindenképpen folytatom a gyakorlást! :)

Szuper élmény volt a 2 napos tanfolyam, amin részt vettem Kittánál. Nagyon hasznos, érthető, gyakorlatias a tanfolyam és valódi segítséget adott a már meglévő problémáimra is. Az elején kicsit félve indultam neki, de ma már tudatosabban használom az izmaimat, és érezhető, sőt orvosilag is alátámasztott javulást tapasztalok. :)
