Kriston for Girls
About

An exercise program for children, developed by Andrea Kriston in the early 90s. The first students are already adults.

The session is individual, not group-based.

Recommended in the case of the following symptoms:

  • involuntary loss of urine (while awake or asleep)
  • involuntary bowel movements
  • lack of perception of excretion stimulus
  • fear of excretion
  • difficulty in urinating
  • difficulty in controlling the sphincters
  • constipation
  • bloating
  • swollen rectum (rectal prolapse)
  • hemorrhoids
  • air flowing into the vagina
  • after surgery for birth defects, to improve function.

During the children's program, the function of the lower abdominal organs is improved, during which we respect the child’s intimate zone.

Initially, the trainer only meets the parent, where the child’s symptoms and the aim of the course are addressed, and it is only after this meeting, that the trainer meets the child.

During the course, the function of the sphincters and abdominal organs are being developed in an entertaining way.

Nothing uncomfortable or embarrassing happens during the course.

Exercising after the program takes place in the child’s home, without the trainer, with the support of the parent and a personalized training program.

The average time to complete the course is 2-5 hours, divided into sessions, depending on the child's attention span.

The parent is welcome to be present during learning.
