One of my students complained that it was unfair that women had The Secrets of a Geisha training, but men didn't have any advanced courses, so... now they do!

This is an advanced course in which the gymnastic exercises have an intensive developmental effect on the muscles around the penis and prostate. They intensively enhance perception. We focus on successful male and female sexuality for more powerful physiological, emotional and spiritual effects. The course aims to express the value of cultivating sexuality in a playful way, avoiding anxiety. The goal is to experience a wide range of the flavours of masculinity in the same way, lightly, casually, joyfully, serving our lives with it. 

As with the basic training, no one is required to share their story in this session. Only the instructor speaks, that being said, each student can self-discover their own stumbling blocks using the applied Kriston concept, which is only a matter of practice and perseverance to develop. During the course, there are already many noticeable changes. Some of the many topics are significant:

• how to make sure to privde a vaginal orgasm
