Kriston Practice Session

Our pelvic floor muscles require regular training to be able to perform their duties, so it is recommended that you make Kriston Intimate Training a part of your lifestyle. 

A pleasant way to do this is the Kriston Practice Session, which provides care for femininity regardless of age. At the Practice Session, women perform movements that develop the sphincter muscles and the muscles around the hips. 

The particularly effective training helps the sphincters reach their peak state, the most complete closure, ensures the healthy height of the abdominal organs, and provides tight, youthful labia.

The course improves the function of the digestive-, excretory- and female organs, increases the range of motion of the pelvic joint and the stability of the lower part of the spine. 

The training increases vitality and hormonal well-being. 

It has a psychosomatic effect as well, that increases the self-healing ability and improves sexual function. 

The exercises that help prevention and restoration will also help you feel better in your skin, as a result of the exercises, the nervous system switches to a relaxed mode, which reduces the stress symptoms. 

Beyond health care, exercising is especially recommended during pregnancy, after childbirth, after certain lower body interventions (insemination, IVF, miscarriage, abortion, hysterectomy, interventions performed through the vagina), in preparation for and after menopause. 

It is especially recommended in case of constipation, hemorrhoids, incontinence, diastasis recti, inflammations in the pelvis. 

It is an excellent opportunity to improve sexual functions and, in the case of abuse, even as a self-help tool to supplement therapy. 

Regular class visits are also recommended for those who need the instructor’s vitality to keep them motivated, who love exciting, creative, challenging exercises, during which progress becomes noticeable from hour to hour.

The requirement for participation in this session is the completion of the Kriston Intimate Training for women course.
